Located in Mississauga, Ontario, Sheridan Caps has been a family owned and operated business since 1989.
We manufacture caps right here in Canada, using high quality raw materials, sold in Canadian funds. That means no US exchange rates!
We currently manufacture tamper-evident 38-400 HDPE caps with an F-217 liner in 10 different colours, but we look forward to expanding our line and can also customize caps to your specifications. Are you looking for a Canadian-made cap in a different size? Do you want a 38-400 cap that is not tamper-evident, or without a liner? Do you want a custom colour to match your company’s branding? How about far-out, psychedelic, two-coloured caps? We would love to work with you to create the perfect cap for your product!
We are a growing business that primarily services Ontario and Quebec, with many of our caps landing on shelves in the GTA, Hamilton and Niagara regions - but there is no limit to where we can ship our caps.

Our Story
Before getting into the Caps business, our family operated Sheridan Specialties, a food supplier for high-end restaurants. For our bottled products, we had to import caps from the United States.
On speculation, our founder, John Hart, invested in extra caps to possibly sell to his customers. He arranged to bring a large truckload of caps to Canada. When customers heard of this shipment, they ordered caps, and he sold out before the truck even arrived. And so it began.
Rather than continue to import the caps from the US, he decided to manufacture caps right here in Ontario. He had Delmo Molds in Mississauga build a custom mold to produce quality 38-400 tamper-evident caps. We were in the bottle cap business! Soon Sheridan Caps was producing caps in ten different colours.
Although our business is always growing, we still maintain the service and customer care of a small family owned company. We have now been in business for over 34 years and we're still going strong. Please reach out if you have any questions - we would be happy to help!
